LAWN MOWING & EDGING
Approximate pricing for lawn mowing
Small Lawn (under 100m2) - $60
Medium Lawn (100m2 - 200m2) - $80
Large Lawn (200+m2) - From $100
Service includes mowing, edging, sprinkler head clearing & a full path blow-off so your yard looks finished, not half-done.
Regular clients receive discounted rates after first visit.
garden bed refresh
From $60
Refreshing your garden beds can improve the look of your garden space instantly. Whether you just need to clear out the weeds or are looking to remove all existing plant life and start a new, I can do this for you.
Service includes removal of weeds & exisiting plant life (if requested), tilling of soil to help de-compact and allow water & nutrients to penetrate the lower levels of soil and preparation for new planting to be done.
Green waste can be removed if required.
Hedge Trimming
From $80
Cost is dependant on height, access & amount of trimming required.
Service includes trimming of hedges to make them look perfect. Waste can be removed if required, please note this in your quote request.
Can be added to a regular maintenance schedule
Irrigation diagnostics & repairs
Min charge $60
If you have an exisiting irrigation system that is not working correctly, I can help fix this for you.
A minimum service charge of $60 is charged and includes the call out fee & first 1/2 hour of labour. If the repair is something simple, I will be able to repair this on site at the time. For any repairs that are more difficult, a quote will be provided for the cost of the repairs.
Tree / shrub Pruning
From $80
Pruning of trees, shrubs & plants can not only improve the look of your garden, but can help them to thrive
Includes pruning of trees & plants, waste can be removed if required. Please note, any trees over 3m tall will not be able to be pruned, you will need to contact an arborist to complete this.
GREEN WASTE REMOVAL
From $60
Have you recently cleared out the garden and have excess waste to get rid of? I can help with this.
Service includes loading of green waste to be removed and disposing at the tip.
If you have unused tip passes, i am able to use these on your behalf, the Wangara recycling centre requires a letter from you for me to do this.
For all other disposal, the waste will be taken to Tamala Park and disposal fees will be included as part of the job.

What areas do you service?

am based out of Joondalup WA 6027, i service the majority of areas surrounding Joondalup. This includes Kinross, Burns Beach, Currambine, Iluka, Connolly, Edgewater, Ocean Reef, Heathridge, Carramar, Banksia Grove, Wanneroo & Ashby. If you are outside these suburbs, please get in touch as I am willing to travel.
HOW OFten are your regular lawn mowing visits?

I completely understand that budget is big factor in lawn mowing & garden maintenance. Typically i will recommend fortnightly visits from spring to autumn as this is the growth season for most grasses and the more you cut the healthier your lawn will be. During winter, visits can be cut back if requested to monthly as grass becomes dormant during this time. However, I offer weekly, fortnightly or monthly (every 4 weeks) schedules and am happy to discuss this based on your needs & budget.
